+1 from me - even they are 40 lvl - but i think they will lvl up fast and we will have active WC
Lvling isn`t a factor in recruits - factor are ppl.
5 years means you have some good experience in L@ - so you will be able to help ppl in some situations as well.

But yes we are playing together but she is a pony summoner, so we can level together (summon melee dps) but in party she is more geared for mages and me for fighters so shouldn't be a problem.
